Oil carbon inside of the oil tank makes the oil circuit stuck. Cylinder grinds against the rotor and results in wavy cylinder. Front cover and bearing wear. The rotor shaft seal position is circumscribed. Excessive absorption of oil leads to clogging and smoking. Oil circuit clogging hinders the vacuum pump to run smoothly.
Based on above questions, we can offer reasonable maintenance plan as below, 1) Clean up the inside of vacuum pump, re-process the rotor and cylinder, change the shaft, and sleeve.
