Reasons of faults and trouble shooting：
| Faults | Reasons of faults | Trouble shooting |
| Lack of vacuum | Vane damages, cylinder wears, tangential clearance between rotor and cylinder changes | Change the vane and repair the cylinder, adjust tangential clearance between rotor and cylinder |
| Lack of air flow | Pipes were obstructed and oil-dirt and sundries deposited within the pump, so that the voltage decreases | Clean the pipelines, clean the pump and adjust the voltage |
| outsize power | The actual air flow is higher than that of rated air flow, exceeding the max suction, bearing wears | Turn down the outlet valve to adjust the air flow. Lower the suction and change the bearing |
| Noise vibration | Unstable pipe support, lubricant mixes with other foreign gas,cavitation,bearing wears, motor is running at overload and hot conditions | Stabilize the pipe support, increase the pressure of inlet and outlet. Reduce the degree of vacuum. Change the bearing |
